We do not entertain return request since all the cases are made on-demand especially for you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return reaches our facility, we thoroughly inspect it for any damage and send you an email confirming that the return has been successfully received by us.
We will send you another email regarding the approval or the rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the return so received.
Upon the approval of a refund, we will process it. We will automatically apply a credit to your credit card or will initiate the refund as per the original mode of payment. The amount will reflect in your bank account within a certain amount of days.
No refund will be initiated for the shipment charges charged.
Normally, the message from the bank regarding the credit amount comes a few days after the actual credit of the amount in the account. So, if you are unsure if you have received a refund or not, we suggest you check your bank balance once.
Since it takes some time for the refund to be officially posted, get in touch with your credit card company if you still haven’t received the refund
Next, get in touch with the customer care service representative of your bank. Banks, often take some professing time before posting a refund.
If after all this, you still haven’t received your refund within the estimated date, feel free to contact our customer care representative.
LOST PACKAGE DURING DELIVERY
In some cases, due to unforeseeable reasons, your package may be lost during the transit or the product can go out of stock. During those rare cases, you are eligible for a full refund or we can send you the same items again once they are back in stock.
